There was a sudden flash of light, and the next moment I found myself in another world. Not just any other world, but one that closely resembled medieval Europe. It had castles and knights and ladies dressed in fancy clothes. It also had swordsmen who looked like they were about to attack me at any second. I panicked for a little bit, before realizing that it was all just an illusion created by my own magic. The one thing that really surprised me was how my magic had changed.
I could feel the power simmering inside of me, waiting to be unleashed at any moment. It felt like there were glowing veins running through my body, little sparks just waiting for a chance to burst into flame and consume everything in sight.
And yet, even with all this newfound strength surging through my limbs every day, it didn’t seem possible to make myself sick again. I guess being here made healing much easier. In fact, as time went on I grew stronger than ever before thanks to the food and drink that people around town gave me when they saw me looking hungry or thirsty after using up so many spells casting illusions from different worlds.
