Kayleigh McEnany, the 25-year old CNN commentator who’s married to American attorney and conservative political commentator Sean Hannity.

She had her civil wedding ceremony on November 7, 2017 with her husband in Palm Beach, Florida. Her family and friends were present for the occasion. The couple exchanged vows under a chuppah (Jewish marriage canopy) located in Bethesda Gardens. 

She wore a cream white gown with a train that concealed her underskirt by Vera Wang bridesmaids dressmaker. Kayleigh’s mother Judy was given the honor of giving away Kayleigh to Sean when she spoke at their wedding ceremony. 

Sean is 14 years older than Kayleigh and volunteered as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Judge for many years. He graduated from George Washington University in 1990 and was admitted to several Florida State Courts as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Kayleigh loves Sean’s voice and describes him as “the best husband ever.” They have a Tibetan Mastiff named Baxter, who doesn’t allow Kayleigh to be away from Sean even when she is filming CNN but he has gotten used to it.

Kayleigh’s father, John Sargent worked as an architect for over 30 years and his office is located in Washington D.C. The family moved to Washington D.C. when her parents divorced and are still living there currently. 

She gets along with her mother Judy very well and both share a love for books and politics which is why she chose Washington D.C. as their permanent home over the family’s previous home in Connecticut which she described as “too static for her.”

She listed this home as one of the reasons why she loves relationship with her husband Sean because they have maintained a normal life even when working together on CNN every evening, where they live in a city she describes as being “very different from D.C.”

3. Career in Journalism

She graduated from Harvard University, where she studied government and international relations. She then worked as a research assistant for the former U.S. Congressman Mike Pence of Indiana, who later served as Governor of Indiana and Vice President of the United States as Donald Trump’s running mate for president. Kayleigh was recruited by CNN to serve as a political commentator in November 2016 and was hired by Fox News shortly after her hire at CNN in 2017 to co-host the weekend show, “Wake up Washington.” 

Her appearances on Fox News had sparked a debate online about whether or not she is being paid but Kayleigh has denied such claims. According to one of her tweets, “I am not being paid by the Trump administration.

4. Kayleigh is the Daughter of a Rabbi

Kayleigh McEnany is the daughter of John Sargent, who was raised in Southern Massachusetts and graduated from Brandeis University in 1978. He graduated from Harvard Divinity School with a Master’s degree in Jewish cultural traditions a year later. 

He became an ordained Reform rabbi for the Union for Reform Judaism and taught at Harvard Divinity School. He worked as synagogue president of Temple Har Sinai in Atlanta, Georgia before moving his family to Washington D.C. where he works as Managing Director of Government Affairs at New Israel Fund, a nonprofit organization. He works on religious freedom and anti-Semitism issues and civil rights causes.

Kayleigh was born on October 30, 1990 in Connecticut as Sagittarius. Kayleigh attended the Greenwich Country Day School in Connecticut, where she played softball and field hockey. Her family moved to Washington D.C. when Kayleigh was ten years old, after her parents divorced and she continued to study at the Dwight-Englewood School in New Jersey for a year and a half before her father took her out of school so she could learn from him in the library.

Kayleigh’s company also worked for Home Depot which was a client she had previously connected with during her work as a research assistant for Mike Pence.
