How to make flash brew iced coffee?

Step 1: measure the ice
To get started, add your ice cream to your coffee maker. For best results, be sure to use a kitchen scale. For a cup of flash brew iced coffee, add 200 grams of ice to the coffee pot, which should make up about half of its final volume.
Step 2: grind the coffee
Grind the coffee of your choice and measure approximately 30 grams of coffee for each cup of brewed coffee. For best results, try using a medium coarse grit. If you don’t have a convenient scale, each tablespoon equals about 5 grams of coffee.
Step 3: boil the water
Boil the water on the stove until it reaches a temperature between 90° and 96°. Once it reaches this temperature, immediately remove it from the heat.
Step 4: prepare the coffee
Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds. We are preparing a 400 ml mug and we already have 200 grams of ice, we add 200 ml of hot water. During this process, the hot coffee is poured over the ice, melting it and releasing some of the rich and wonderful flavors of the coffee.
Step 5: pour into the glass and serve
During the brewing process, much of the ice will melt. The goal is to melt it all, but if there’s anything left over, don’t worry. You will always have an amazing aroma of flash brew iced coffee.
