How To Cook Squid Rings
Ingredients: 1 kg / 2lb of frozen squid rings, cut into bite-size pieces
Method: Heat a large saucepan on medium heat and add the oil. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Add in the mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are soft season with salt and pepper to taste. Add carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, green beans, and corn kernels (de-husked if you have time). Continue to cook for about 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
Add in the squid rings (try to work them into a single layer so that they don’t stick together) and continue to cook for another few minutes until the squid rings are heated through. Serve immediately with any other garnishes that you want!
