Ghanashyam Nayak aka Nattu Kaka (12 May 1944 – 3 October 2021) was one of the most finest actors of Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah (TMKOC) in India. Natu kaka age death is 3rd october 2021 77 years. Nattu Kaka was an actor who had a great sense of humor and had a great balance among the three main actors in TMKOC series, namely Tarak Mehta, Jethalal Gada (Dilip Joshi) and Daya Gada (Disha Vakani). His role was to play Natwarlal Prabhashankar Udhaiwala a.k.a. Nattu Kaka in Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.
Born in the small village of Udhaiwala on 12 May 1944, Ghanashyam lost his father at an early age. Despite living a difficult childhood and being raised by his mom, his mother was very ambitious for her son and always wanted him to become something great. Being illiterate, she taught him to read Braille Letters and write using a slate. She also did all she could to see that he got good education.
By the time he became a teenager, Ghanashyam had realized that he wanted to make a career out of acting and pursued it vigorously. He started appearing in school plays as soon as he was old enough to participate in them.
The Biggest Contribution Of Natu Kaka To TMKOC :
1. Played as a Manager of Gada Electronics :
Gada Electronics is the shop of Dilip Joshi, where Gada’s family run the business. Nattu Kaka has worked there as a Manager since the beginning of the show. He has been managing it since last 20 years and still continuing.
2. Acting :
Nattu Kaka has played many roles in TMKOC series in which he got emotional as well as funny and showed his acting skills very well. The viewers loved him for both comedy and emotional acting.
3. Very Caring :
Nattu Kaka cares very much for Dilip Joshi and respects him. He also cares for his manager, partner and all employees of the shop.
4. Like to have all the fun :
He is an emotional man like everyone else but loves to have fun in life. He loves to eat spicy food, and has a big appetite. He always likes to eat in restaurants and whenever he goes out with his friends and they stop at a restaurant that serves spicy food, he orders a lot of it on the table to enjoy his friends’ company as well as spicy food at the same time.
He likes to dance and have fun with his friends and family. He loves to read books. He always reads a book before going to bed and everyone in the house knows that he is reading a book when his back gets straightened.
5. Likes to have breakfast :
He likes to have breakfast at 7.30 a.m. with poha (poha made of rice) and tea, exactly at that time. He is a very early riser as everyone knows what he is doing this early in the day. This had become his habit which everyone in his family expected him to follow every day and Udhaiwala once asked him why he wanted to have breakfast so early in the morning. He replied, “Everyday I eat before leaving home,” and then added, “So when I get tired while driving, I can have a good sleep.” He always eats poha (poha made of rice) and tea exactly at 7.30 a.m.
6. Loyal to friends :
He is very true to his friends and always protects them and never forgets them, even after they have left the show and become big stars, he still looks after his old friends as well as their families. He also has close friends who come to see him in Udhaiwala whenever they are in Mumbai as well as when they are shooting in other cities of India. They get together and meet with the friends of Ghanashyam when they call at his house or visit him at Mumbai or Goa.
7. Plays a role as himself :
Some people thought that he lived in Udhaiwala and did not know that the Udhaiwala is actually a fictional town. He always plays the role of Nattu Kaka but does not know that he is Nattu Kaka, the man who lives in Udhaiwala and acts on TV.
8. Very shy :
He was very shy, when he used to come for his first audition for the character of Nattu Kaka. He was so scared that he wanted to leave the audition and the situation will get better if he left the audition, but he did not want to leave because he was very proud of his role.
9. Has a great sense of humor :
He has a great sense of humor which makes him fun to be with and made everyone laugh. He laughed even when people were angry and whenever anyone asked him a question and avoided it, he finds a way in which he can make that person laugh by twisting it, replying with a funny answer or making people laugh by telling stories humors.
